Pier 21 provides immediate confirmations for bookings made on the website.

All you have to do is follow the simple steps on the booking engine to the left of the screen and you will obtain an immediate confirmation of your booking.

Credit Card details are taken as confirmation/ guarantee of bookings only and the cardholder's account will not be charged prior to arrival. The cardholder must be the guest registering (name on reservation) on the day of checking into Pier 21.

Please be aware that American Express & Diners Club transactions do incur a 3 percent surcharge.

Pier 21's cancellation policy is 7 days prior to arrival and includes changes to Arrival or Departure Dates - a charge of one nights accommodation against the credit card as supplied as confirmation on the booking will be processed and includes changes to the arrival date early departures.

Our reception hours are 7am to 9pm. Should your expected arrival time be after 8pm please contact us to arrange collection of your key.
