Pier 21 provides immediate confirmations for bookings made on the website.

All you have to do is follow the simple steps on the booking engine to the left of the screen and you will obtain an immediate confirmation of your booking.

A deposit of 1 nights accommodation is required as a deposit to confirm this booking and will be processed on the Credit Card as supplied.  The cardholder must be the guest registering (name on reservation) on the day of checking into Pier 21. 

Please be aware that American Express & Diners Club transactions do incur a 3 percent surcharge.

Pier 21's Cancellation Policy - includes changes to Arrival and/or Departure dates - more than 7 days refund will be less a $55 admin fee.  7 days or Less No Refund applies.

Reception's hours are 7am to 9pm. Sorry, single night bookings can only be accepted if arriving before 8pm. Bookings 2 nights or more must contact the hotel directly to arrange after hour key collection. The person who's name is on the booking must be present on check in and carry a valid credit card and photo ID. A $100 pre-authorisation is taken to cover room incidentals.The riverside tranquility is yours to enjoy.
